Important information

At the end of the ceremony at the Zénith, you will receive your certificate in person (you will need to sign for it).

If you are unable to attend the ceremony, your programme team will contact you after the ceremony about collecting/receiving your certificate.
All graduates registered for the event will receive their cap and gown upon arrival at the Zénith.

If you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony, your cap and gown can be sent to you, by post, after the ceremony, subject to prior request only.
There is no cloakroom at the Zénith.
If you bring a jacket, sweater or small bag, you will be able to keep them with you or place them on your seat.

Suitcases and other types of luggage will not be allowed in the Zénith.

Bottles are not permitted inside the Zénith: water dispensers with cups will be available; you may, of course, bring your own water flask to fill up on site.
Due to high sound levels, the event is not suitable for children under the age of 2.

Hearing protection (not supplied) is required for all children under the age of 5 who wish to attend the event.

To enter the venue with a child under the age of 5, you will need to send us two signed waivers (one for the Zénith and one for Excelia) and present proof of identity.
Photos and videos will be taken during the ceremony.

By registering for and attending this event, you consent to your image being captured and used by Excelia for the purpose of public relations, marketing, or other media purposes.
We hereby acknowledge that we will use these images in a responsible and respectful manner.
